I am sure she is talented, but the fact that Oregon went out and hired an assistant coach, rather than a HC, particularly one from a top Power 5, indicates money may have been a factor, as it was in Mike White's departure.
I like our chances competing against Oregon moving forward, once Coach Allister has had a chance to bring in a couple of more recruiting classes.
I also don't see her being able to keep the whole roster together, without at least a couple of transfers.
