"Something tells me this is a personal issue."
Yeah, between Erickson and about 75% of the Sun Devil fan base
I hope he continues to be mediocre for a long time in his present position. With one upset after another against the University of Spoiled Children that allows him to keep his job.

Oregon and Stanford. Time will tell if it is only Oregon. Sark can keep his job if he wins the Pac 12 North. Not sure that beating U...S...C in the years they rotate onto the schedule but not winning the P12 North helps him keep his job. Certainly seems to be rebuilding UDub at a decent pace.

Is UW rebuilding, or are they staggering along? Last year seemed more of the staggering along (as well as stagnant) season. I guess they'll have to remember that OL play is pretty important for both the rushing and passing games.
ASU came pretty close to beating Stanford last year--I'd say that if Erickson isn't the man for the job, then he might be as good as ASU will get. I can't see any big name coach coming to Tempe right now, although some genius assistant might rise to the occasion. Or maybe it's just the talent that ASU is missing. Or emotional control--see Vontaze Burfict.
