Absolutely anything is available through reddit. Search for 'cfbstreams'. Use an ad blocker. That will get it to show on a computer - varying quality, but you can typically find something good.
If you have a Mac and an AppleTV you can share it to your TV. There are presumably other ways to get it there, but that works for me.
