Forbes has released a list of the 50 most valuable sports franchises. The list is dominated by the NFL, with all 32 NFL teams ranked in the top 45. No NBA or NHL team is worth as much as the least valuable NFL team. Only one baseball team is in the top 30. I guess that shows where the truly big money is in pro sports.

This list is pretty hard to believe. It's hard to believe, for example, that Barcelona's the fifth most valuable soccer team in the world. (Even harder to believe that Barcelona's only the 25th most valuable team overall.)

Also, given the fact that the Golden State Warriors are apparently worth $450 million, it's hard to believe the most valuable NBA team is only worth $200 million more.
