From a bit of poking around the web, it looks like StubHub is the way to go. There's also an official NCAA ticket exchange, with official (much higher) prices.
StubHub had tickets last night for around $50 per ticket (before the second semifinal finished up), but now the lowest prices appear to be around $125/ticket. Nebraska traveling fandom is real, my goodness!
