Pac 12 will have 8 bowl slots as of 2020 (increase of 1 compared to today).
Adding the Los Angeles Bowl vs. the Mountain West and the Independence Bowl against the ACC (fans will flock to Shreveport). Also the Las Vegas Bowl opponent will be an SEC or Big 10 team. The Pac 12 is expected to drop the Cheez It Bowl.
