Stanford ranked third in the North (behind Oregon and Washington) and fifth overall (also behind Utah and USC in the South).   My two nits:

It says that we have an "excellent offensive line".  I don't think that's in evidence yet.  Little is excellent.  Hamilton is at least good.   Sarrell and Dallman are well-regarded and should be expected to be at least good if they are healthy and perform to expectations.  Powell should be adequate.  I have yet to see evidence that the line as a whole is excellent.

And secondly, I think USC is overrated (the sun will also rise in the East).

First team all-Pac-12 as a sophomore is pretty excellent. He was HM his true freshman year.

According to 247sports.com, Walker Little was the #4 pass-blocking left tackle and the #4 run-blocking left tackle out of eight players who played exclusively left tackle in the Pac-12 in 2018. So maybe not an excellent season, but still very good.

BTW, from a national perspective JJAW (#40) was the only Stanford player to crack the top 101 for PFF in 2018.
