The biggest surprise to me is that the boneyard folks ever thought she’d get it, given her press interview at TN. Even if TN were supportive, I couldn’t imagine NCAA voting for her as that could imply that one can get away with interviews in which you imply that a coach should be fired.

i was thinking that if i were hearing the appeal, i might reason that, if her hardship was that the coach was in some way oppressive, once they fired the coach and replaced her with someone promising, there would no longer be much of a hardship.
