Not sure how much it affected outcome, but OU's Offensive Coord Emsinger left the locker room.
He was told two hours before kickoff that his daughter in law DIED in a small plane crash (5 victims) traveling to the game !
His son was not on the plane.

Based on what I have seen in the Clemson-Ohio State game, coupled with
the National Championship being played in New Orleans, it certainly looks
like LSU is bringing home the title this year.
