UGA had two tough games to start the season--I know the fans are calling for Richt's head, but the Bulldogs will end up with a bowl game, I think.  Still, Stanford is far superior...in both football and academics.

I also remember reading from Coach Shaw that the staff is not allowed to contact recruits during road games like this - but I can imagine that the red carpet would be rolled in ways that are consistent with the rules.

I'm not sure, maybe an unofficial. Official's are only allowed during the season of the senior year. But Noor Davis had never been and that didn't stop him.

He announced 3 final schools on Aug. 17th then was told by Florida on Aug. 23rd that they pulled his scholarship because they had enough DLs and didn't need him. So then he had 2 and he said he was going to take his 2 official visits - REQUEST AN APPLICATION for admission to Stanford - and make his decision in a few months. Now on Sep. 13th he's going to make his decision.

It sounds as though he did visit Stanford in July with his mom and she loved it.

So commit verbally - and then commit to get your application in. He has the grades.
