Interesting opinion. I was wondering whether "opening up" would affect people's unemployment status myself but this is the first I've heard (without doing any research). It would be interesting to see if this is actually the impact or if there are provisions put in place to keep this from happening.

Well, Trump today said he did not agree with some of Kemp's targeted openings.
