fighting spread is as much a biological problem as it is a political problem. I know that may not fit within the preferred narrative, but that's my story, and I'm sticking with it!

The far-greater-than-zero likelihood of infection isn't enough disincentive for morons. This is exactly why swift and severely negative consequences have to come down hard on their empty pin-heads. Enough of them on ventilators and maybe enlightenment will follow. Then again maybe not. Nothing related to Louisville, of course, but you see what's happening in luxurious, hillside homes in SoCal?
Life is too short to waste on crap football.

The probabilities will say that many of these infected and young people are unlikely to face the most severe disease consequences of the virus. They will not face the worst consequences of the virus that they enabled/spread to others, and that might not be enough to change their minds about pandemic precautions.

True. There's larger truth, however, and it has to do "possibilities", not probabilities. All it takes is for one unlucky miscreant to go down hard. His immediate circle then experiences instant attitude modification. It's already happening. Just not widely publicized.

I was wondering if that was a Air BNB "mansion" party similar to the one on Halloween in Orinda where five people ended up being shot dead. Either way, stupidity on display.
Free Phogge!!!! And no, crimson doesn't refer to the Tide.
