So, where do you post the prediction?

Once the thread goes live, there will be a predictions widget at the top right of the page.  This is where you need to make your prediction if you want it to count as part of the predictions widget (the thing that shows the average score, scrolls through people's clever nicknames, automatically calculates the scores, dynamically changes the thread subject, etc).  You can't see it now because it becomes disabled 5 minutes before kickoff.  

Of course, you are free to post predictions in the thread, but this board software is limited enough as it is, I don't see crafting a natural language processing plugin that will automatically and correctly extract scores from free response text.  So unless you post things in the widget, it won't count in the "official" contest.

It is not terribly easy to manually import scores after the fact, but I'm happy to do a one time true up if people care.  Please DM me with a link to your post so I can verify it's a legit prediction :).  But going forward, using the widget will make things a whole lot easier for yours truly.
