the current CFP playoff contract runs I think through 2026.
I wonder what the Big Ten and SEC will try and extract from the next deal? Maybe they decide that they will not be part of it and instead just hold a Big Ten/SEC football tournament to decide the "national championship"? Of course the real deciding issue will be money and if there is more money in it for the Big Ten and SEC than what they would expect to get our of a new CFP contract....
