I love Payne.   Very athletic long wing.  A great defensive player, needs work on offense, the reverse of so many high recruits.  She was top 25 a year ago, now 61 but I think a great addition.

BTW, a thought.  Stanford with have 14 WBB players next year, and has 6 scholies to give.  We normally have 15 on scholie, the hole being JJ next season, where most schools only have 10, cal last year, to 12 on scholie.   So while just talking in general and not about Payne, some high recruits while end up on the bench, players 10-15 or so.  

Stanford is fully funded, many schools are not.
