On my laptop any thread with the last post unread the title is in bold font.  With the last post read the title is in regular font.  It works fine for me.  I thought everyone would have the same format.  I guess not.

Same for me for threads with unread posts. MT pointed out the green arrow that takes you directly to the next unread post.
