Given the magnitude of recent ice storms (within the last 5-6 years), it'll be interesting to see whether emergency services and utilities have stepped up...or whether it's been lack of business as usual.

16 degrees in NYC, wind chill taking it down to 9 degrees. Two feet of snow expected.
