Much was made of the matchup with RG3, but since that doesn't interest me, I'll focus on Luck. On the one hand, he still looked really good. More comfortable at the line of scrimmage than any rookie quarterback has a right to be, did a decent job avoiding pressure before making throws, and unleashed an absolutely beautiful pass for his lone touchdown.
The bad news for Luck is that the Colts looked pretty bad for the first time. The Redskins brought lots of pressure, and Luck was probably hit more in the first half than in half a season at Stanford. This will be a recurring theme for the Colts line this year. I truly hope they can keep him healthy. I've mentioned before that I've always been a Cowboy fan, and I remember Troy Aikman's rookie season. He took an absolute beating. I think that Cowboy team was even worse than these Colts, but Luck just might be in for more of the same.

Please clear the field! The game is not over!
