Shaw says "You jump on them when they don't play well, win or lose. And the first jump just happened 15 minutes ago. (Some room laughter) Absolutely. Absolutely. You don't need screaming and yelling... But putting our foot down collectively."

Executing implies that there was a good game plan in place and it was the players' fault not to apply it. That's all? No problems in the coaches' corner?

Most of the post-game focus has been on QB play, but I'm really glad for Jordan Williamson, who hit a 42-yarder yesterday. Hopefully he's back in the groove after that one.
