Maybe they assume he's going to go fishing in Montana for the next few years. They're basically gambling that he doesn't get a job for a while, right? I guess we'll see whether that gamble pays off. I certainly would expect him to be coaching in 2014 at the latest, but maybe there's some good reason to think he'll wait longer.
