It's the Year of the Snake, so you would think the year 4711 would be Lane Violation's year.  Actually the year of your sign is actually a bad luck year.  Somebody get Lane a red string to tie around his wrist!  I'm torn.  On the one hand, I love to hate the d-bag.  On the other hand, any scenario where he keeps his job for the long term involves beating Stanford consistently.  Haden will probably keep him around until he can find a good coach to step in after scholarship restrictions end.  So enjoy him while we can!
