As time goes on we seem to get a clearer and clearer picture of the USC program. And what is revealed is a program in which Kiffin, with all his smarminess and arrogance, simply exerts very little control. No set plan for spring practice, fighting among players, issues with coaches. There were always question marks about Kiffin's rapid rise to head coaching positions, and what we are seeing now is that he really isn't head coaching material.Â
