I think I missed something. We play the Univ. of South Bend later, and we've already played ASU. How does this help...?

Maybe it helps in the scenario where the Quackers go to the NCG and we are hoping to be clear #2 in the Pac-12 and go to the Rose Bowl (or other BCS bowl).
