On a wholly unrelated topic:  While I was typing this, they showed The Play on Sunday Night Football, with Al Michaels calling it a "story of a lifetime."  And they're still talking about it after 10 minutes! 

31 years later??  I'll bet if you check back in 2044 you probably won't be seeing that Auburn field goal return on Sunday Night Football... [but they'll still be showing The Play!]

To add context to the showing of the Play during the Saints' victory over the Panthers last night, two of the Panthers coaches played in blue that day.  One participated in the Play itself.

The pain of watching yet again was mitigated by the fact that I was making travel plans for Pasadena when they showed it.
