They'll find someone. Didn't Pharaoh Brown make some nice catches against us?

Addison will be missed, particularly on punt returns, but the timing is likely as serendipitous for UO as such an event can be. Ducks have recruited well @ WR the last couple years and have many options to choose from. With 3 experienced and capable TEs (Mundt, Brown, & Baylis - who started their bowl game) they may look to that position plus their loaded RBs to take some of the passing load while the new WRs work their way in. Ted Miller captures the basics in a recent mailbag:

Ducks are looking to improve their red zone performance, so Chance Allen, Darren Carrington, and BJ Kelley @ 6'2" and Dwayne Stanford @ Cajuste-sized are eager to get into the WR mix. Kelley has Huff's raw speed and Carrington lit up the scout squad as a RS last year. Returning starter Kenon Lowe is 5'9" and ran a 10.6 100 in HS. He'll likely get more of the slot work this year with RS track/FB player Devon Allen looking to get into the mix as well (10.48 HS 100; AZ state champ).
Unfortunately, where Addison may be most missed is the early Michigan State game, but by the time they play us, if Mariota is still healthy, their pass game should be as good or better than last year.
