The pure negativity with no upside commentary is quite astounding. Rarely do I tweet anything personal on my account @All_Right_Now1 (shameless plug) but he really pissed me off. The GM for Washington did state they were going to build depth and it appears that even though they have OLBs on the roster that are functional, the talent and upside of The Yeti is too good to pass up.

N.D.: 5
UCLA: 2
Oregon State: 2
SC: 2
UW: 2
WSU: 1
Stanford: 1
Colorado: 1
59ers: 1
ASU: 1
Oregon: 1
It's a bit odd that the perceptions pre-season was that this was a loaded Stanford team; and that we turned out to be a very good to elite team; and yet we're laggards in players drafted. Not sure what the reason for this is. Oregon, similarly, lags; but then Mariota and Ekpre-Olum decided to stay. (And both surely would've been drafted quickly.)

Quote:Texas gets shut out: No Longhorns were taken in the NFL Draft. The closest Texas came to having a pick was former Texas quarterback Garrett Gilbert, who finished his career at SMU, and was selected by the St. Louis Rams in the sixth round at No. 214.
