Football Outsiders' F/+ metric processed the data from our Washington game...and moved us up 4 spots to #3 in the nation: http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/fplus
EDIT: just to be clear, as with many statistical models there's a bit of a caveat. It appears that while its opinion of Stanford as a team improved, the main thing that's influencing the rankings are the other teams around it -- that is, it thinks the elite of college football aren't too good. Stanford this year is rated as being approximately 24% better than the average team. Last year, it was 40% better.
