Thanks, the highlights were great. The choice of music and way the video was put together, not so much.

They're going after a different demographic with those stylistic choices. What's weird about that is that I'm only 27 so you'd think that I'd be in whatever demographic they're going for, but apparently not. KIDS THESE DAYS.

No it's not that. Even when I don't love the genre of music, I can recognize it makes a good background for a highlight reel. But the music here really wasn't something you could set plays to, and the highlights themselves were just a string of plays that didn't tell a story. This is the first highlight package I haven't really enjoyed (well, as I said before, I enjoyed the plays themselves).

You're forgetting this came out just a couple of hours after the game. Give the editor a break.

That was not the best video highlight reel I"ve seen, but having been in the video biz, briefly, I think Cowboy's got the right take. Fast does not produce art.
The music? Kinda minimalist techno something. Meh.
My highlight reel is put together by reading post-game opponent schadenfreude, self-flagellation, excuse-making, wailing and gnashing of teeth. The last two weeks have been... heavenly.

The post big game video came out equally fast and was much better, even if the song had been used previously.

My favorite part of the winning highlight packages is always the "Whose house? C-House!" call and response part. Why they decided to include just one round is beyond me. Am I the only one who loves that? Can't be.
Please clear the field! The game is not over!
