While I am pretty sure that Myron Rolle would qualify as above the average FSU student (probably by a lot), and wouldn't be surprised if Winston's entering numbers were as well, I am not sure that blanket statement about Stanford recruiting them necessarily works.
Probably the best (least massaged) source of academic numbers for colleges is the DOE required common data set. Here is a link to the page of FSU's that includes information on incoming students:

While average is not listed, we can make a few guesses about median numbers that presumably are pretty close to average.
- From the SAT info a 600 was achieved by 56% (reading), 56% (math), and 53% (writing) of FSU frosh. So, presumably the 50th percentile is 610 or so across the board.
- The ACT info isn't spaced out as well, but we can interpolate between 25th and 75th percentiles to guess around a 27.5 median.
- 67% of FSU students had a HS GPA of 3.75 or higher, so the median would seem to be at least 3.8.
Taken together, that would put median numbers around 1830 SAT, 27.5 ACT, and 3.8+ GPA. Stanford has certainly recruited some football players with lower scores than that.
