Game Rules
- 10 points for correctly picking the winner.
- Up to 10 points for the margin of victory:
10 − |actual margin − predicted margin|, with a minimum of 0. Example: if you pick a 1-point loss for Stanford and it's actually a 2-point win, the margin is off by 3, so you get 10 − 3 = 7 points. - Up to 10 points for Stanford's score:
10 − |actual − predicted|, with a minimum of 0. - Up to 10 points for the opponent's score:
10 − |actual − predicted|, with a minimum of 0. - 10 point bonus for picking the exact spread.
- 10 point bonus for picking the exact final score. This stacks with the exact-spread bonus, so the maximum possible score for a game is 60 points.
- Any entry that scores below 2 points is rounded up to 2 points for participation.
- The predictions widget will cease accepting entries 5 minutes prior to the official kick-off time of each game.
- The winners will be the players with the highest scores after the last game is played, including bowl or playoff games.
