Stanford in NFL - TreesAndBirds - 10-22-2017

Griff Whalen in for Ravens as Ravens WRs decimated by injuries. Game against Vikings has 4 FGs with shortest being 48 yards.

Re: Stanford in NFL - JJJ - 10-22-2017

Newton just underthrows a pass intended for McCaffrey and gets picked off. #22 makes the subsequent tackle. :'(

Re: Stanford in NFL - FarmBoy - 10-22-2017

Sweet catch by McCaffertery, but was unable to break it for more than a few yards. Still, showed his receiver skills nicely.

Re: Stanford in NFL - Langdude - 10-22-2017

Yup. Looking at the stats of Kessler and Kizer, it is clear that Hogan was the problem last week.

(Please read above with a sarcastic tone. Thank you.)

Re: Stanford in NFL - DC 86 - 10-22-2017

Real strong game by Blake Martinez today in GB's loss to NO: 16 tackles including 13 solo.

Announcers noted that he was playing more snaps because coaches felt that he had improved his recognition and coverage on pass plays.

Here's a feature on Johnson Bademosi, an undrafted guy-turned special teams ace-now starting corner for New England (due to injury, but still).

Lots of quotes from Turkey.

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is a fan of US football?

Re: Stanford in NFL - TreesAndBirds - 10-22-2017

Wonder if this affected the decision to pull Kizer half way thru the game?

The Rams, whose helmets have Golden Horns.

He got some love from the announcers during the game too.

It felt like a kick to Djibouti.

Re: Stanford in NFL - SamuelMcF - 10-22-2017

Bademosi had 7 tackles (tied for 1st on the team), 5 of which were solo, and 1 pass defended.

Heck of a game.

Re: Stanford in NFL - Stymie - 10-23-2017

Is Bademosi just a tyop or theer from Bad Emoji?

Re: Stanford in NFL - FarmBoy - 10-23-2017

Apparently Baldwin ripped into Carroll on the sideline yesterday which preceded Wilson conecting with him on a 20 yard TD. It has to be said, I wonder if Petey asked Baldwin, "what's your deal"?

Re: Stanford in NFL - BobK - 10-23-2017

Griff Whalen 4 catches with the Ravens

I have discovered in the last few weeks that I have a real hard time watching the Panthers.  Newton is just so annoying.  I wish McCaffrey had a different QB, and I am sure Chris wishes he had a different OL.

Re: Stanford in NFL - BostonCard - 10-23-2017

Zach Ertz just scored a TD.

That's underselling it, Ertz destroyed a man's soul and sauntered into the end zone: https://streamable.com/1ijt5

Eagles fans I see on /r/nfl rag on him because they think he doesn't do enough after contact, I wonder if a move like that will make them reconsider?
