9 catches, 90 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-tying touchdown in regulation and the game-winning touchdown in overtime.

The Eagles were absolute trash for most of that game. After JJAW left it late, they were down to just one WR. The fact they still won in OT as they did says as much about the Giants as the Eagles.
What would give anyone any reason to think they will beat the Redskins next week?

And the Giants are actually worse. The Giants hosted the Packers and lost 31-13. The Redskins played at Lambeau the following week and only lost 20-15. The Eagles needed OT to beat the team right now on track to pick #2 in the NFL Draft. The Redskins could certainly beat the Eagles.
I'm rooting for a 7-9 NFC East Champion, but it will probably be more like 8-8. Hard to see the Cowboys beating the Rams this week, but easy to see them beating the Eagles and Redskins the last two weeks.

The Eagles were trailing by 4 with under 1 min to play and demonstrated exactly why there was good reason to doubt they would beat the Redskins.

Don't know if I actually posted it here, but I thought Dallas would roll Philly. Dallas is so talented that I wanted them to lose (of course, I pretty much always am good with the Cowboys losing). I don't envy either Seattle or SF having to beat the Cowboys in Jerry's World. And call me crazy, while the Eagles should win the division now . . . I wouldn't put it past them to lose to the Giants next weekend.
We shall see . . .

Why would Santa Clara or Seattle be playing at Dallas ?

On Wildcard Weekend the division winner always play at home against the particular wildcard. In 2010 the defending Super Bowl champ, the New Orleans Saints, ended up as a wildcard with a 11-5 record and had to travel that first weekend to play the mighty Seattle Seahawks who ended the season with an infamous 7-9 record. Naturally, the Saints lost.
