Nice details on Isa Silva's recruitment efforts. For starters, he talks to Harrison Ingraham almost every day and describes him as "one of my closest friends in the basketball world." Silva is also targeting Mutombo as well as "a couple of overseas prospects."

Looks like Taine Murray, a 6'5" SG from New Zealand, is one of said overseas prospects. He's deciding between us, Maryland, and UVA:

Also, speaking of overseas prospects, Oscar Da Silva's younger brother Tristan signed with Colorado MBB in the '20 class.

Stanford target Taine Murray (from New Zealand) committed to UVA last night. 3 star PG Tyler Simon committed to Harvard yesterday as well but I don't think the staff was really after him.

Apparently we're in the prime position because his parents really want him to go to Stanford. They've been telling people that he's going to Stanford. He goes to the best high school in Texas where every kid aspires to attend Stanford or Harvard.

Assuming Haase makes a long NCAA run with these new guys how Stanford retain him. Bill Self is always on a hot seat in Lawrence and Haase is an alum.
