The team hit 0.422. Sayer 0.700, Andrew 0.562, Blyashov 0.382, Jordan & Parks 0.375.
Interestingly, Rubin had the lowest hitting percentage at 0.214.

I donate to KZSU every year. Listen to them often, especially during baseball season when there are a lot of games and minimal coverage. Whether that changes with our "ascension" to the ACC remains to be seen.

Fourth set not quite like the third set; UCLA is on track to exceed their point total. Still, Stanford is up 11-6 with a couple nice serving runs.

BTW, UCLA’s side out percentage is 48.8%. To win more than 50% of points on serve is amazing.

Erika Sayer is IMPRESSIVE. Just a freshman and already showing her prowess. She can hit different shots and her line shots on her slides are a thing of beauty. Not many middles can hit line shots at all or consistently. She led the team today with 13 kills with .611 hitting percentage.
So excited to see her grow and improve especially her lateral speed. I’ve said this before and I’ll continue to say it again but I’m so glad we got her over the younger Harvey

Stanford moves up (slightly) in the AVCA poll: tied for 3rd.
Louisville's loss to Kentucky caused them to swap places; Stanford went from 4th to tied with UK.
Conference play starts with week, at Virginia and Virginia Tech.
ETA: My home cable & internet were switched from San Bruno Cable to Comcast Xfinity today. So for the first time, I have full access to the ACC Network.

Why in the world would Hambly challenge a call when the score is 23-13 in the first set? Stanford is going to win the set no matter what. So a challenge was lost for no reason.
Announcers: "Virginia this, Virginia that. Lest we forget to mention the other team is #3 Stanford".
Virginia is giving a tutorial on how to do lollipop serves.

Today was my turn to miss a chunk of the match until I figured out I had to sign out of my cable provider in the ESPN app and sign back in before it would quit telling me I don't have this channel in my cable package.
