ohio state 2022 recruit cotie mcmahon and undeclared 2023 aalyah del rosario looked good to me. the 6'6" del rosario has a gpa of 3.8 but does not have stanford on her list of possible schools.

In the three U18 games in group play, I too thought McMahon and Del Rosario stood out. Would love to have Del Rosario as a tree. Nivar was steady but not spectacular. Ogden was even less visible and had pretty bad shooting games. But the fact they both are on the team is impressive. All the games are on youtube and the boxscores are at fiba.basketball/americas/u18women/2022

She actually seemed to have unfollowed Stanford shortly after announcing entering the portal. Perhaps wanting to keep her cards close to the vest?
I don't see Oregon. They're way too in flux (or a mess, frankly) right now and BYU finished ranked higher than them. And UCONN's backcourt is pretty loaded—Paige, Azzi, Ducharme is a similar player, and Geno likes to play Nika a lot. Plus it seems Shaylee has a lot of business opportunities with camps and such in Arizona so makes sense to stay on the West Coast.

Thank you FOX. Shaylee follows 8-9 Stanford players and the same number follow her back but no Stanford coaches nor Stanford WBB. She has 85,000 or close followers

Note just a couple weeks ago she was following Stanford on IG, as mentioned here (and I recall it too). Could be she unfollowed so that people wouldn't speculate her next move.

Maybe a long shot but I will predict right now. If Shaylee comes to Stanford, The Cardinal win the championship. She is an elite guard with all the skills and would be the missing link. Think of the damage she could do to the opposition. Her presence alone would keep teams from double-teaming Haley and Brink. Stanford would become a 3-headed monster. You might recall her 30+ point game against us in Maples a few seasons ago in round 2 of the NCAA's. We could not stop her. Keep your fingers crossed.

Yes Gonzales would be a great addition and yes we had trouble stopping her in that tournament game. But part of that was situational. Shannon Coffee had to play a lot of minutes that game and she had trouble stopping any of BYU’s players not just Gonzales. They would screen so that Coffee had to defend a guard and then any of BYU’s guards would literally dribble right by her.

I’m with Bob. I don’t see this happening and haven’t heard any rumblings we are in consideration. To those thinking she’s leaning towards Stanford, why the inclination? She is talented and would help us. Nice to see the freshman on campus. Guessing Nivar will be on campus for the summer joining the others when team USA finishes up.

Well I just checked her Twitter account and the only college teams she follows there other than BYU are .... UConn and Oregon.

Note, however, that she does appear to be more active on Insta than twitter, so lots of caveats apply. That being said, I’m not going to get excited about the prospect until she actually transfers.

Per Oregon State forum, Gonzales is down to Oregon State, North Carolina State, and Texas.
Not sure she could get OSU into the top three of the PAC-12, but I do think she’d lift them back into the upper half.

The Oregon State forum post listing her final 3 cites the same source that "was hearing she was heading to Stanford" just a few days before lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
