My guess is that it depends on the account rep, but they appear custom so yes, one-by-one.
And it turns out there will be early renewal prizes including a grand prize drawing among people who renew before tomorrow.
The emailed link just goes to your Stanford athletics account so presumably you dont need the email to renew, just login.

well my email appears to be automatically generated given the content does not appear to be unique to me, and very few people address me as they do in the email, "Good Morning Eric A." ...

Oh just to clarify I dont find my text particularly customized, but it appears they are being sent one-by-one mine was sent from the email account of my specific account rep, not from accounts like athleticstickets, that I usually get mass-mailings from.
So my guess was that account reps are reviewing and sending the emails individually, though, yes, the text was not particularly personalized.

Mine had the name of a rep, but the actual email address was pretty generic: updates@gostanford.fan-one.com
One notable change this year is that that relocation process is going to be self-selected - they will let people into the online tool based on your priority, but then you can select yourself from the available seats at that time. That seems to be a nice improvement from previous years when you had to give vague guidelines for where you would like to relocate.
