How sweep it is!
We win 7-2.
I'd like to submit that Robinson and Branton be named the "players of the series" because they came up big all weekend long (although many "usual suspects" did too).

I'd be startled if Esquer ever planned to have Little throw three innings in a game. Five outs seemed a stretch; I think coach liked Little's matchips with those two hitters in each of those eighth innings--all righties I'd bet.
Speaking of bets: I never would have bet we'd plate over six runs in three consecutive games against Arizona. Entering the series, they ranked in the nation's top ten for ERA.
My memory is faulty in terms of what "recent" means. The announcer said Little would be available for 3 innings.
He pitched 3 innings on 3/4 vs Michigan (7-4 score), and pitched 2 innings 3/23 vs USC (5-1 score) and on 4/13 vs ASU (3-1 score) at the very least. There may well have been others.

They've definitely earned the #2 ranking. SOS is solid. Stanford took 3 of 4 from a Michigan team that has won 20 straight games.

I like the last statement in that clip . . . "Stanford continues to roll. For many, the best team in the nation." All right now!
