RE: Panthers fire Ron Rivera - BostonCard - 01-16-2020
As reported some time ago, Carolina hired Baylor's coach (Matt Rhule) to be their new head coach. The interesting thing, that I just found out, is that Rhule hired Joe Brady, LSU's passing game coordinator, widely credited with their offensive success, to be OC in Carolina. This will be very interesting for McCaffrey, and if he is able to translate his magic to the NFL, could result in a guy like McCaffrey having a phenomenal season.

Rhule is a moron. As an offense minded head coach, why on earth would he hire someone who would challenge him on his offensive scheme? Clearly a disaster in the making. . . .

He needs a QB. I’m thinking they take a good hard look at Mariota.
