I saw a tweet saying two new cases, but I don't know who the other one is.

Feel a bit like the WH staff is like the LSU football team. How many people have NOT tested positive for COVID?

Apparently no one has seen Georgia senator David Perdue in eight days, and he missed his own rally today. Secretly isolating, perhaps...?

It might be easier to track who
doesn't have COVID-19.

Not sure if related to this topic, but likely some are. The Secret Service is getting a number of infections lately.

My senior writer just told me he tested positive for COVID. He had to get tested because a student in his daughter's first grade classroom tested positive, so all the kids and families are getting tested. In his family, he's the only one that's tested positive so far, two days after the infected child tested positive.

I assume this would be classmate to daughter to father? (Thinking daughter will test positive shortly?). Otherwise how did it transmit?
Hope he reacts like the majority of infected.

That's the presumption. He's a pretty careful bloke. He's quarantining himself from everyone else, following regs and doctor's orders.
It's odd to think that this sort of behavior seems slightly out of the norm. I was in a store yesterday and a 70-ish woman walked right up behind me, about two feet away. Normally, I'd just walk further away, but there was no space to do so, so I asked her to move back -- politely. She refused, rolled her eyes and said "it doesn't matter, we're both wearing masks." Her mask didn't cover her nose. It's become typical behavior, unfortunately.

Yes it has. Some of the public foolishly refuses/resists wearing masks. Others have decided that masks provide them complete immunity and protects them no matter what they do. This second group is much larger than one thinks, because there is no hoopla surrounding them. They may not be quite as dangerous as those who refuse to wear masks, but they are certainly dangerous to themselves and others.
