I'm positive I saw Fidelak, Leilah Smith and Campbell. I didn't see Lougeay. I didn't see any player with light blonde hair. It's possible she changed her hair color.
BobK, your assignment is to find out why Fidelak and Lougeay are not available to play
Tomorrow I will post some observations about the game when I have some time. All I'll say now is it was a pleasure to watch the team tonight.

Before any WVB fans start to think the team might be good consider this:
Cal's has one win thus far; the win against Stanford.
Arizona has two wins thus far; the two wins against Stanford.
According to the schedule Stanford next plays WSU at Maples. Unlike our two previous opponents, WSU is a good team. I will reserve any conclusions until I see the two matches against WSU.
It bothers me the TV announcer yesterday repeatedly said the next opponent is OSU which is scheduled for two weeks from now. I hope the WSU matches have not be cancelled.

PA, thank you for properly reminding us to keep low expectations. I will say that it was fun watching our team pretty much destroy Cal in straight sets, especially after Cal beat us in 5 sets a few days ago. I saw a different team yesterday. Even though McClure didn't have impressive stats and led our team in errors, having her in the rotation seemed to fundamentally change the team dynamics. As the season progresses, we will hopefully see continued improvement in the areas we are still lacking. I sure would like to see fewer service errors.
