One of the indictments of the team is that we field so many defenders who are playing with one hand. We should have a 2-handed backup who can perform and tackle better than a "starter" in a cast.
On at least one of those brobdingnagian plays that should have been a tackle for loss, or small gain, you could see the cast-wrapped club where a death grip should have been.
