Agree Cohn. Go for it. Didn't work.

Looking for that Austin Jones fumble here...

RE: Stanford vs USC Game Thread - winflop - 09-10-2022

I knew our defense wasn’t going to be good, but I didn’t think they’d be this bad. That is 100% on Shaw who should have cleaned house on that side of the ball last year

Two INTs converted to 2 TDs by Troyens

That drive was like sh-t through a goose. Easy as they come.

SC will score 7 out of 8 times unless they fumble or commit dump penalty. SC will adjust to our new offense at half time. Still, at least we can move the ball...so far.

It’s fine to put it in Shaw.  But do it for the failure to recruit on the defensive side of the ball.  You can’t coach around small, unphysical and slow.  It’s impossible.

In the lead up to the game, the Pitt/Tennessee game was on, and a very similar play occurred. They overrule the call on the field cause the heel hit out of bounds in one continuous motion.

Why Diron Reynolds still has a job is one of the world's greatest mysteries. Of course, Anderson should probably been replaced years ago too.

Riley got away with it so why not try it yourself?

We might score on every possession from here on in this game.

Was he inbounds?

RE: Stanford vs USC Game Thread - murky - 09-10-2022

I was afraid Tanner didn't see Smith.   He was wide open.

RE: Stanford vs USC Game Thread - ADPinWDC - 09-10-2022

Did EJ Smith have TWO feet in bounds on that one, refs?
How about a review, hmmm?   7 plays 93 yards, BOOM.   7 to 14

They should review it.

100%. Coaches are responsible for the years of poor recruiting and everything else that has led to what we are seeing today

At least the running game is working for us

Who predicted we'd have 120 yards rushing in the 1st quarter?

Great throw by the USC QB.
