Fundamentals in other words. Basketball basics. Things that all coaches should preach and focus on every day. taking care of the ball, free throws - not hurting ourselves. When is Haase going to be fired again. We're not making the NCAA tourney this year regardless of how experienced we are. Who are we kidding.

Well, at least it was very entertaining…(after the first half)
Too bad about our 54% FT percentage (13 for 24). They shot 79% (26 for 33).

At the end, FT misses sunk us. 77-74 loss. Spencer and Gealer missed game-tying shots at the end of 2OT.

strange first half, things got real in the second. needed something more from the frosh, but frosh actually can improve by quite a bit in-season...sometimes.
bynum played incredibly well. true difference maker.
sad for the guys. poor free throw shooting gets you beat tho.

I hadn’t really been aware that Cormac Ryan was playing for North Carolina this year (after what look like 3yrs at ND), alongside Harrison Ingram (him, I knew). Is it awkward when they run into their old coach and teammates at the hotel in Atlantis?

Mulitple games on ESPN2 have run over their scheduled times. Arkansas vs Memphis still going in Battle 4 Atlantis w/ nearly 5mins left. Our game vs Michigan will follow.

IMO, we should be well past the point of moral victories and just simply being competitive in games. We need to actually win some! We definitely had chances late. Regardless of how much talent we have, I have zero confidence in Haase managing that talent and leading any Stanford team to the NCAA tourney. Simply look at his history.
At least the games have been entertaining. Soon, will probably just stop watching altogether.
