Ok, the weather will be acceptable by game time. But what is the status of flooding in the area? Are roads passable? Is electricity out? How many police and highway patrol will have to be diverted from emergency response to cover the football game? All of that will probably factor into the decision about whether or not to proceed as scheduled.

You underestimate the level of footbal fanaticism in the South.
If power is on anywhere in the state of South Carolina on Saturday night, it will be at Clemson's Memorial Stadium.

all true, but I would be surprised if the game was not played (unless the stadium has no power), earlier today they said
