Yes and (academically speaking) yes
Samuel (or anyone else who may know) - related questions - timing-wise, do you happen to know when the ND players flipped relative to a) our HC change and b) Stojakovich's flip to the dark blue side?

Sorry for confusion, I was talking about football transfers.

The 10-year decision?
Quote:Somewhere between 60% and 80% of athletes in the NBA and NFL go bankrupt within five years of retirement, despite making an average of $5.15 million and $1.9 million per season, respectively.

College athletes are even younger and less experienced than pro athletes. One hopes they are smarter with their money.
If I were in charge, I’d consider making Personal Finance a required freshman course for all students (having nothing to do with NIL).

Perhaps a "Coogan Account" of sorts for players as part of any upcoming agreement. Force 10% (or more) of their NIL and other forms of payment to go into a locked account that protects the money for a period of time. For child actors, 10% of their money go in to an account that they can't get access until they turn 18. Would like to see something similar for players. . . .

Smart idea. I took that class at SCU. They don't teach it anymore. It was extremely useful both during and subsequent to college.
