Okpara most definitely isn't -- just realized he's back next year, ugh. Cammann is ok in limited minutes.
Kyle has already achieved more with this team than I hoped, so not complaining as much as acknowledging where we are.
I hope Okpara stays. I'd guess in the Ivy he could power his way past a number of bigs. In the ACC , he can't. I would tell him to facilitate only, no shooting for 10 minutes at a time in practice. He's strong, plays hard, is pretty quick for a big guy, and can actually shoot.

I remember watching his Harvard highlight tape and this is spot-on. He made his cheddar bullying his way into the paint for layups/foul calls against weak competition, and can't do that anymore against quality teams. IIRC he has been able to do that with some success against weaker teams on our schedule, so it seems like he just hasn't "broken the habit." But he also shot 34% from 3 last year and is shooting 38%(!!!) this year.

Admittedly I was a little harsh on Okpara, but he has a long way to go. He is built like superman but I'm frustrated that he can't finish in traffic or under the hoop that I've seen at all. I just looked at his stats, and he's shooting 41% from the field for the season. Not great for a big guy to say the least.
Looking at the team stats, I didn't realize Agarwal's are as bad as they are. He is shooting 37% from the field and, worse, 27% from 3 despite being our 2nd highest volume 3-point shooter. Again, 27% on high volume. ACC average is 34%. My "ok but limited" was overly generous. More like: "net negative and shoots us out of games." I want him on our team but something isn't working.
