Looks like the Bayhawks' season is over--or Green only last got minutes a little over a month ago. Not a good sign for him :(

The season isn't over. Lawrence Hill is still playing:

Whoops, totally didn't read that table correctly. Green is trending upward in minutes (with no appreciable increase in production), and Hill looks serviceable from a statistical standpoint, but neither are standouts.
Shouldn't be posting while suffering from a head cold...

I'm actually not sure of this. The question is how it would affect lineup decisions. If Jeremy Green's presence causes Mann's minutes to (nearly) disappear then it'd be a brobdingnagian gain for the team. If it doesn't, then I'm not sure we're much better off. Green was a gunner who never passed, and it's very hard to get efficiency gains from that type of player. (Especially for our offense. The big gain from gunners is when you have absolutely no one who can get you shots at the end of a shot clock. But Randle and Bright can do that in a pinch. So I'm not sure Green helps much and might even hurt us in the long run by depriving Randle and Bright the opportunity to develop.)

Answer's probably turnover and lack of talent. There's a long list of players who have transferred from Pac-12 schools (e.g. Chase Stanback) and been quite successful for other teams; in addition, there haven't been as many talented players from California as you'd think. I remember seeing a statistic that over the last five years, Canada has produced more McDonald's All-Americans than California.
