You will not see any ads or porno on First Row Sports, or anywhere else, if you use AdBlock Plus in Google Chrome:Â

You guys are wimps. Real fans like me will do whatever it takes to watch Stanford football, even if it means looking at pictures of really attractive naked women.
You are a true inspiration to us all.Â

So First Row Sports isn't streaming anything any more. I've got a legal feed, but a buddy is looking for another option. Anybody no where there might be a stream?

All I can say is if the Pac-12 channel doesn't get off the ending of this terribly boring Oregon State - Hawaii game to show our kickoff I will be most displeased...

You should read the rest of this thread. It could save you from some frustration.

Noooooo!!!! They're only starting it on Pac-12 Bay Area. This is f.cking garbage! What national audience wants to see a game between Hawaii, and the team that lost to Eastern Washington.
The fact that both of these teams seem to be keen on 3 and out possessions with a lot of incompletions is not helping matters.

I'm on Pac-12 bay area and it's still showing the ***** ORST game. Infuriating.

cant you go to the website, and then hit Pac12 Bay Area?/

Thanks for reminding me of that option oman, but for some reason TWC hasn't enabled it on my sports package. Will need to call them about this...

Christ this OSU game is infuriating. It has taken 45 minutes to get halfway through the 4th quarter. At this rate the Stanford game will miss more than the first hour of broadcast.
Re: NFL+Pac12 Network Workaround -
dabigv13 - 09-07-2013
I think this is 4 plays in a row with either an injury or a flag. Goddamnit I really hope we pound Oregon State for this.

ATTN MIKE RILEY- WHEN YOU ARE UP BY 19 POINTS WITH 5 MINUTES IN THE 4TH QUARTER DO NOT THROW THE BALL THREE STRAIGHT TIMES
Re: NFL+Pac12 Network Workaround -

Three straight penalties. The Beavers have just joined the ranks of USC, kal, and ND as teams that I will always root against now.

The NFL Sunday Ticket streaming service bundled with the Madden 25th Anniversary Edition on Amazon works as advertised. I'm running it from our iPad and mirroring it on to the TV via AppleTV. Smooth stream with picture quality that's a little better than standard definition and in a wide aspect ratio. And no pesky pop-ups of naked women! I'm alternating btw the Colts and Bengals with a swipe of the finger.
For the Stanford fan that also wants to watch Andrew & Co. on every Sunday, I think the best setup is this plus Pac-12 Network via Dish or your local cable service.
It's not the money coming out of our budget. I don't want any money going to the Kardasians, Teen Moms, and Basketball Wives. And I don't want any of that filth coming into the home and other distractions for the kid. How's she gonna get in Stanford otherwise?

The pop-up ads aren't simply annoying, they're pornographic. I'd recommend against streaming it to your living room, unless you're looking for a natural lead-in to "that talk" with your adolescent child.
I don't know much about kids these days, but when I was an adolescent I was already plenty aware of pornography.

Came home from work one day to find a
very unhappy Mrs. Mick. She says "I can't believe you're looking at porn on our home computer." I said, "you've known me for 21 years. When have I
ever looked at porn?" She says, "well, then why was a porn page loaded on our computer?" I looked at the history, and said, "Well, it was loaded at 3:47 p.m. You were working out, and I was at work. There's only one person at home at that time." Wife replies "Our
son? But he's only 15! Why would he be interested in porn?"
So I had the talk with the son about the inadvisability of looking at porn on the home computer, and how porn is both unrealistic and demeaning to women, etc.
Then I had the talk with the wife about what 15 year old boys think about on a more or less constant basis.

Did you also talk to him about remembering to close browser windows and the wonders of incognito mode in Chrome?

Not evident that this event occurred when Chrome was around...but let's remember that 1) there's the legal age issue, and 2) encouraging your kids to go about hiding things from parents is not always a good thing...! :)
Re: NFL+Pac12 Network Workaround - CochinoJanks - 10-26-2013
I have found an alternate streaming site that I would like to share with those in need.
I now have seven streaming sites and it think that makes me a hoarder. I like having alternate sites should one be excessively slow, poor picture quality or magically disappear from the internet.
If this site is of interest to you, I suggest you access it as soon as possible. You will arrive at the top level of the site and a bit of drilling down will be necessary to get where you want to go. Be sure to read the information presented on the top level page.
You may want to bookmark the level just above your destination level for quicker future access.
I use Chrome and AdBlock Plus for tolerable results.
Here is the site:Â

Enjoy!

Stanford is on normal ESPN today, correct?
It's not a DirecTV blackout week.
