NC State was playing good floor defense. They are a well coached team.

Bleah on ACC-NX. At least on Sling, I can't record it. So I have to miss either the men's soccer or the WVB. No, I can't use two devices -- Sling shut me off when I tried two devices.
No ability to go back and review the last play.
No live score on the screen for either WVB or MSoc.
This is clearly an East Coast announcer. I wonder if it is the first time she's seen Stanford.
Without the score visible, this announcer is not doing a good job of telling the audience the score, except occasionally.
I've heard better KZSU announcing.
Yeah, not sure if getting the audio back was a good thing. TBH, I thought it might have been a KZSU announcer.

One good thing about ACCNX. They took the score off the screen because it was always wrong.

The scoreboard clock is going nuts during timeouts. Every half second it switches between the countdown time left in the timeout and a count up time, which I think is the total time since start of the match.

On match point Miner makes the right decision; she sets Rubin in the back row and she was money.

No surprise or revelation, but just confirmation,
That when our 1st pass is good the play is often good
And when our 1st pass is awkward, the rest of play is often not good

By the way, the ACC Network didn't have any live game to show since 6PM, so they put two Stanford games up against each other on ACCNX.
At least the ACC Network channel has a Record button (but no forward or backward).
But I still can't have one device watching ACCN and another watching ACCNX.

Couple more observations
Kurt tries a lotta dinks and they almost never work
Rubin being set from behind the line is so successful, maybe try setting her from behind the service line or outta the stands

She keeps saying "tooled it", but I don't think that term means what she thinks it means. It's not simply a block that goes out of bounds or that the blocker got a piece of it and the hit still went down, but when a hitter actually aims to go off the block. Rubin just flat out beat the block; she didn't "tool it".

That was annoying me also. When the ball goes off the blocker's hands and then beyond the court it's typically called high hands; not tooling the block.

OMG, it took until Kami Miner actually served the ball for the announcer to realize that the point had been overturned. Like, she didn't see that Miner was behind the service line with the ball getting ready to serve? Tony is right; she's worse than anything KZU could muster.

ESPN records everything. I’ll grab the volleyball game tomorrow. What specific game do you want?

WTF did Stanford sign up for? Why no Stanford announcers?
Added after the game: Jenna Becerra called the game. Softball is her sport iirc.
