I believe Posey had 3 including that mammoth HR against the Reds in the 17th inning.
Is that enough to take the lead? If not Posey, I'm thinking it's Pudge/Ivan.
The term comes from Dennis Eckersley originally who thought of it as a negative and used it to describe a losing pitcher walking off the mound in defeat. I don't think we think of the term that way now - At least I think of a batter walking off the field with his team after touching home plate. Game over.

I don't know the numbers. But per The Athletic, Stanford's Brian Johnson had as many walk-off home runs in his career as Johnny Bench and Yogi Berra each did. He had more than Carlton Fisk, Pudge Rodriguez, Buster Posey and Roy Campanella.
